je suis boulanger et fan de recherche folklorique.
Dans notre commune belge, il existe un carnaval traditionnel ou les boulangers sont un masque de carnaval.
J'ai lu dans "Le folklore français" de Van Gennep que votre ville "les déguisés en boulangers jetaient du son dans le cou des filles" ce qui semble extrait de la revue le folklore champenois.
